I have been practising yoga for over 15 years and I am a qualified (RYS) 400 hour Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher having trained at The House of Yoga in Putney.
Yoga has supported me in so many ways, both physically and mentally and in my life on and off the mat. As a physical, nurturing and therapeutic practice, yoga constantly reminds me to give time to taking care of my health, to ground me and come back to the simpler things in life.
My aim is to help others through sharing the tools that have been so beneficial to me. With yoga, you can build a toolkit to help deal with the challenges that life can bring and you can draw on these at any time to provide you with support.
