We collect information about you which is relevant to the services that we provide. This includes: your name and contact details such as your telephone number and email. We also ask you to complete a health questionnaire.

• Provide services to you, or to contact you and respond to your queries.
• Keep in touch with you, let you know about class changes, and to make sure the services we are offering are fit for purpose.
We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we collect it.
How we collect data:
You will enter your data when booking any of our services or choosing to subscribe or become a member/sign up to one of our Payment Plans. Please note that payment information is stored with our systems control company MindBodyOnline. Once payment information is entered it is encrypted and we can only see that last four digits of your payment card information. No personal or financial data is held on our servers or available to us.

We use appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
We do not share any of your information with third parties.
