Enjoy a guided walk through our beautiful 400 acre estate, noticing the changes through the seasons. With some gentle stretches/outdoor yoga, breathing and mindfulness exercises. A chance to connect with nature to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Walking in nature improves mental and physical health by reducing stress hormones, lowering blood pressure and boosting mood. Just 15-20 minutes in green spaces can decrease anxiety, enhance cognitive function, and improve sleep, while regular nature walks strengthen immunity and increase creativity.
