Class Details
A gentle one hour (4:30pm-5:30pm) flowing sequence combining movement with breath. Ending with yin & restorative poses for deep rest. Includes options for use of essential oils and self-massage to promote relaxation. Stay for additional yin & restorative, optional journalling and herbal teas (5:30pm-6pm). Option to join online or have the recording sent to you.
