Time and space for you to enjoy a gentle flowing sequence - connecting movement with your breath to feel calmer and more energised and to improve your strength, balance and flexibility. Ending with deeply relaxing poses to help rest and relax your body and mind. Join a friendly small group and learn modifications for all poses to find how the practice can really work for you and to deeply connect mind and body. Yoga really is for everyone; it is just about finding out how. There will be options for work on the mat or seated/using a chair.
